Hello everyone ,
This week has been challenging to navigate as I found myself in the heavy, sinking feeling of woe.
As many of you already know, in my practice, what is presented in session by the first client, will be the predominant theme of the week.
It seems like we humans have simply gotten used to a cycle of ingratitude and complaint.
It is ingrained in our natures to complain because we feel a disconnection from ourselves, nature and our human family.
When we jump into the cycle, it is easy to spiral down and feel the overwhelm of the collective cesspool of dissatisfaction.
Please understand that we always have the choice.
What is driving the compulsion to look outside of you for what is missing?
Most of the time, a reality check of how dangerous and unnecessary this behavior can be is enough to jolt us out of the trance.
I say Trance, because it is exactly that.
Self hypnosis into unconsciousness.
Stop! Check in and find the driver. Often it is pain, shame or sadness.
Honor your feelings.
Accept and embrace them without indulgence.
Know you have the choice to embrace a different attitude, be grateful and thrive.
Or you can find yourself immersed in a pit.
