Greetings everyone,
Sadness often comes to me with the observation of how little many know how to value and appreciate their gifts and contributions, let alone the sacredness of their essence.
I understand that the speed in which most live their lives is not conducive to creating space for self reflection and there seems to be a constant drive for experiencing self worth through other and outer validation.
If we feel value from experiencing love and appreciation, how much more do we need to be reminded that we give attention to what and who we love.
When will you turn the attention inward?
How can you stop the carousel of self abandonment and maybe even self loathing?
What will it take for you to see and hear the longing within?
What other sabotage and painful experience do you choose to create in order to wake up?
The desire to create worth through achievement is interesting since in my observation so far, it does not lead to the fullness of true self esteem.
Its the little gestures that count. The consistency of time and care. The permission to stop and be. The ability to stay present and observe and validate every experience.
What we all need is the commitment to live life consciously and to the fullest.
This does not mean more, this means presence and attention.
To quote the poet, Rumi,
"Don't go back to sleep".

Maite came into my life 5 years ago when my life had hit rock bottom after an affair ,marriage separation and very low self esteem. She helped me truly to get my life back piece by piece.
Maite is angel sent from heaven to help humanity and if you have the opportunity to connect with her DO SO as your life like will be the better for it. She can work with you on many different levels but I will always remember the profound spiritual awakening I had in her presence that changed my life , awakened my soul.
